How to apply and timeline

  • Confirm you meet the eligibility criteria below
  • Fill out the application form and email it to by 15 March 2019
  • Distributors will be selected based on an assessment of the evaluation criteria by the GDC team
  • We expect to announce the winners by end March 2019

How it works

Eligibility criteria

We invite you to apply to help design and pilot the GDC Training Facility if you meet the following criteria:

  • You are a GDC member. Not a member? See our eligibility criteria and join here.
  • Your business is registered and has operations in East Africa
  • You are committed to allocate staff time  (of around 3 days )
  • You consent to share (only internally and confidentially) data so we can measure effectiveness of training (eg. unit economics, sales agent retention, gender inclusion)
  • Your team to be trained has proficient level of English (speaking and reading)
  • You are part of the management team and are willing to train your own team (including sales agents) on the learnings you gain from this training.
